We spent all last week (Monday-Monday) at the Lake of the Ozarks with my friend Jacque and her kids. The husbands (Mark and CJ) drove down on Friday night and spent the weekend with us. We had a good time...lots of swimming in the pool and lake.

We went shopping at the Outlet Mall
We went to Ha Ha Tonka State Park. It was really neat. They had lots of hiking trails. There are the remains of a castle that burned down in the 1930's.

Zach, Phoebe and I went to Ozark Caverns. It is a really neat cave. You couldn't take pictures there, but here they are outside before we went in.
We also went and walked around Bagnell Dam...Zach took these going over the dam.

Mark and I took the kids fishing Saturday morning...we caught lots of fish! I stopped counting after 7 each for Zach and Phoebe both. They were small, but it was still fun. Phoebe liked to "pet" them, as she called it.

We all went to a place called Frankie and Louie's Saturday afternoon. It is a restuarant/bar/grill/beach....they actually had sand! Supposedly, they bring it in from Florida...The kids were excited to be at a "real beach".

On Sunday, we let Zach and Ayden jump in without a life vest, as long as they were near the ladder. They both did good.
Sunday afternoon, we went to another beach....no sand at this one...rocks.
